Terms of Service

Please thoroughly review the following terms before purchasing a commission from me. By purchasing a commission, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

TURNAROUND TIME
Once a commission has been purchased, my turnaround time is typically 1-4 weeks. If you have any concerns or questions during that time, please feel free to contact me.

GENERAL POLICIES
1. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason. I will typically inform the customer why I am refusing the commission, and if applicable, a refund will be issued (see Refund Policy section).2. I reserve the right to refuse future commissions or purchases from any customer.3. Major changes may only be made during the sketching phase. Minor edits may be requested during any later phase thereafter. The customer must confirm that the sketch is satisfactory before I continue working on the latter phases of the commission.4. Purchasing a commission from me does not constitute a personal friendship or relationship. While I will always remain polite and professional, commissions are a business transaction and professional boundaries are expected to be respected.5. Commissions purchased from me may not be altered, edited, or completed by another artist under any circumstances (for example, purchasing a sketch from me and having another artist finish it).6. Artwork created by me may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed as merchandise unless prior permission or an agreement has been made beforehand.7. Proper credit must be given whenever my artwork is used, reposted, or shared.'8. When sending a commission request through Ko-Fi, please provide all reference images and information needed through there. I only contact through Discord when necessary.
9. Customers ARE allowed to request that I do not post their commission!

REFUND POLICY
A full refund is only available before work on the sketch has begun. Once the sketching phase has started, refunds will be limited to 50% or less, depending on the amount of work completed.
