TERMS OF SERVICE

Please thoroughly read through this before purchasing a commission! By purchasing a commission, you agree to these terms :)

BOUNDARIES / WILLS AND WONTS

POLICIES

1. I have the right to refuse a commission at any point during the process. A refund will be issued if this occurs.
2. I have the right to bar a customer from purchasing from me again if necessary. This is a last resort.
3. Customers can only request a refund before the commission has been started. Once the commission is started, refunds will only be given in certain circumstances.
4. Customers MUST verify that the sketch is satisfactory before I continue. I will not continue to work on a commission unless the sketch has been verified.
5. Once the sketch has been verified, and the next step of the art process has begun, customers cannot request changes! (This does not apply for things such as forgetting a logo on a shirt or something relating to the coloring process.)

TURNAROUND TIME

Once payment has been sent through and accepted, there is a possibility the commission could take up to 2 months. I have a long que, and I am unfortunately a busy college student with ADHD and chronic illnesses. The amount of time that I have to draw is limited.If you need it by a specific time, please make a note of this during the ordering process. If the time is equal to or less than 2 weeks from the ordering date, there WILL be an additional charge. This charge will not exceed the price of the original order.

OTHER POLICIES

Purchasing a commission from me does not mean we are friends in any sort of fashion. This is a business transaction. Please do not treat it as anything more.When purchasing through Ko-Fi, please use the information feature. I will turn away a commission if it just has "I'll send it to you on discord." or something of the sort. (This does not apply if i know you and we are friends.)If you are reaching out via Twitter, please do not just say "hi"!! Your message will be ignored.
